Spiral Tubing for Odd Shaped Products

Spiral Tubing for Odd Shaped Products

NYP Corp. is the only U.S. bag manufacturer currently producing this time-tested flexible packaging product. The only bag manufacturer in the United States that’s currently producing flexible packaging products that stand the test of time is NYP Corp. We have two types of woven spiral tubing: the extra heavy 10-ounce and the heavy 7-ounce in both woven polypropylene and burlap.

Woven spiral tubing offers unique characteristics, including unlimited size flexibility and incredible durability. It’s available by the pound or in easy-to-use rolls. You’ll pull out the desired length you need, as well as any additional overlap for covering the ends, cut that piece to the exact length, slide it onto the product, and securely close the ends. Wire ties are what we recommend using to close the ends.

Choosing the specified length you want from a roll saves a lot of extra waste, which in turn can save you and us a lot of money.

What exactly is woven spiral tubing? It’s a tube that’s sewn into a continuous roll. The cylinder is made from cloth and sewn together with edges that offset each other at a 45-degree angle, thus creating a bias that stretches the tube and, when the tube is pulled from the ends, allows it to close.

The ability of the tube to stretch open and tightly close around the contents of the product gives spiral-sewn woven tubing a variety of different packaging options. The package ends can be secured and quickly closed using double-eye wire ties. The Additional Products section of our website includes more information about wire ties.

Our spiral tubing will protect almost any package you have at an affordable price, no matter what your packaging requirements are.

Spiral tubing offers unique characteristics that make it not only durable but a versatile protective covering for almost any product imaginable. Our tubes are made from cloth and sewn into a continuous roll with edges that offset each other at a 45-degree angle to create a bias, which allows the tube to stretch wide open and close when the tube is pulled from the ends. Overlaps are always recommended whenever you’re covering a package, which can easily be done by closing and securing the ends using double-eye wire ties that are sold separately on the Additional Products section of our website.
