Unlike conventional woven polypropylene shade cloth, the unique construction of our knitted material offers many benefits, and above all …it’s fast and easy! Below are just a few of the benefits you will enjoy when using NYP Corp. Knitted Poly Shade Cloth:

• No seams, thus eliminating weak points in large covers.
• Approximately 30% lighter than woven material, making handling easier and less weight on your structure.
• Will not ravel or fray and does not require metal grommets; this means you can custom fit odd size structures on site because machine sewing isn’t necessary. And, with our Hinged Lock-On grommets you decide where you want your tie-down points.
• The Knitting process allows a slight stretching quality, which eliminates wrinkles during installation, and reduces wind resistance

To make your installation even easier, NYP offers the plastic locking clip grommet. The clipping grommets require NO TOOLS and locks into the position of your choice, thus creating the ideal tie down point for your shade cloth.
